Monday to Friday from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Take the Bloor/Danforth subway line to Yonge/Bloor station. Then transfer over to the South trains taking you to Queen Station. Then walk one block north on Yonge, to the 211 building (right across the street from the Starbucks in the Eaton Centre).

Government Issued Photo Identification (ie. driver's licence, passport, or photo healthcard with picture) Note: in some cases (i.e. trip winners), parents or legal guardians will be required in-person to sign a waiver form on the winner’s behalf if the winner is under the age of 18. CAN MY FRIEND/SIBLING/PARENT PICK UP MY PRIZE? YES - however, that person will need to bring YOUR identification to the FLOW studios with your written consent and authorization that they can pick up the prize on your behalf. Plus, you need to inform our receptionist 416-214-5000, that someone will be picking up your prize for you.. HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO PICK UP MY PRIZE? You have 30 business days from the day you win your prize (unless you win tickets for an event, which may expire sooner). Please note that, if you do win a prize, you must wait for 30 days before being eligible to win another prize. Hey, we just want to give everyone a fair chance, that's all.
