RULES AND REGULATIONS

ELIGIBILITY: This contest is open to legal residents of Canada (excluding the province of Quebec) who have reached the age of majority in their province of residence and who have a valid Canadian driver’s license and/or government issued photo identification, except the following persons who are ineligible to participate:

(a) Persons who have won another contest or promotion of any kind from CFXJ/FLOW 93.5FM within 30 calendar days before the start date of this contest;

(b) Employees of CFXJ, FLOW 93.5FM, Milestone Radio Inc., Standard Radio Inc, Amaryllis Beach Resort, Tourcan Vacations, The Barbados Tourism Authority or any other organization associated with the Contest, including prize suppliers, or their respective affiliates or their advertising and promotional agencies, or of the independent judging organization, and the immediate family of such employees and persons with whom such employees are domiciled are not eligible to participate. "Immediate family" means husband or wife, father, mother, brothers, sisters, sons and daughters. Only one (1) entry per home is permitted.

HOW TO PLAY: No Purchase necessary. Listen to FLOW 93.5 from Monday, May 12th, 2008 to Sunday, June 8th, 2008. When you hear the cue to call (25 times Mon-Sun) be the 9th caller through at 416-935-1935 to state the “Vacay Vibe” of the day to win a CD prize and qualify for the grand prize of a trip for (2) two to Barbados. The 9th caller, with the correct song title and artist of the daily “Vacay Vibe”, will qualify for the Grand Prize Draw of a trip for (2) two to Barbados, (2) two round trip flights from Tourcan Vacations, (7) seven-day package at the Amaryllis Beach Resort (one room based on double occupancy).  The grand prize draw(s) will take place on the following Monday during the Morning Show. The chosen winner must be able to state the song title and artist of all (5) five of the previous weeks “Vacay Vibes” to win the grand prize (Trip).  The contest begins at 5:30 am EST on Monday, May 12th, 2008 and ends Monday, June 9th, 2008 at 10:00am EST.

Contestants who have won prizes on The New FLOW 93.5 FM during 30 days prior to their call will not be eligible.

CONTEST ENTRY DETAILS: Only the qualifying participant may participate in the contest; no family member, spouse, friend or any other person may act as an agent or representative for the participant.

Participant must provide a valid driver's license or government issued photo identification in order to be eligible to win the prize. Failure to do so may result in forfeit of the prize. If participant wins a trip, both winner and guest must also possess a valid Canadian passport to travel within 24 hours of the date won. 

All costs and expenses (including taxes) incurred by the prize winners in claiming or using their prize and which are not outlined in this prize description are the sole responsibility of the prize winners. Prizes must be accepted as awarded. The prizes may not be sold, transferred and (except as provided) are not convertible to cash. CFXJ FM, FLOW 93.5FM and Milestone Radio Inc., Standard Radio Inc., Amaryllis Beach Resort, Tourcan Vacations, The Barbados Tourism Authority or any other organization associated with the Contest, including prize suppliers reserve the right to substitute a prize in whole or in part in the event that any component of the prize is unavailable. Prize winner of a trip and guest are responsible for all necessary travel documents (valid passport, photo id, etc).

PRIZES: Selected verified "FLOW 93.5" prize winner's name will be posted at the conclusion of awarding a prize at www.flow935.com for viewing.

The prizes available to be won through the “Catch the Vacay Vibe To Go with 93.5” contest include a copy of Rihanna’s “Good Girl Gone Bad LIVE” DVD or “Good Girl Gone Bad RELOADED” CD and (4) four trips/ (4) four grand prizes to Barbados. Trips include: (2) Two round-trip economy airfare tickets to Barbados courtesy of Tourcan Vacations and (7) Seven days accommodations at Amaryllis Beach Resort.   

Winners MUST travel during the indicated dates during Barbados Crop Over by Barbados Tourism Authority.

The retail value of the Grand Prize is approximately Cdn.$2,000.00. The Grand Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is or will be available. The winner is responsible for costs associated to attending the Grand Prize (Trip).

In order to win, the selected winner must provide a government issued valid Canadian passport and a copy of their guests' government issued valid Canadian passport. In the event that a selected winner is disqualified from eligibility, does not otherwise comply with these contest rules, or does not correctly answer the mathematical skill-testing question within the time limit, the contest sponsors shall have the right to award the prize to another qualifying winner. The contest sponsors shall be fully and completely released and discharged from any liability or responsibility in this regard. By entering this contest, the entrants automatically agree to accept and abide by these contest rules and regulations.

Participants that win a trip must travel when required or the prize will be forfeited. Winner and guest will be responsible for ground transportation, insurance, tips, taxes, and all other expenses not specifically described as included in this prize. Winner and guest must possess a valid Canadian passport to travel.

To be officially declared a winner, he/she must first correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a mathematical skill-testing question. This skill test question, along with the Declaration of Compliance with Contest Rules and a Liability of and Publicity Release, will be forwarded to your attention prior to the presentation. If a selected entrant cannot be contacted and the skill test administered and correctly answered and returned, along with all other documents, within 24 hours of the date on the accompanying documents, then the entry will be null and void and another potential winner will be contacted.

Winner will sign waivers; release forms, and/or collect travel package no later than 24 hours after the winning date or the prize will be forfeited.  If applicable to prize, winner must provide a copy of their guests' driver's license or government issued identification during the same time period.

PRIZE INFORMATION: Prizes are not transferable, must be accepted as awarded, and may not be substituted or converted to cash, except by FLOW 93.5FM as indicated below. The prizes will only be delivered to verified winner. FLOW 93.5FM reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater monetary value, whether in cash or otherwise, if a prize cannot be awarded as described. FLOW 93.5FM however, will not be responsible if weather conditions, event cancellations, or other factors beyond their reasonable control prevent the Prize or any part of the Prize from being fulfilled. In any such event, winners will not be provided with a substitute or cash equivalent for the Prize or any such part of the Prize.

RELEASES, ETC: Prize claimants (and guest of the Prize winner if applicable) will be required to sign a Declaration of Compliance with Contest Rules and a Liability and Publicity Release, releasing FLOW 93.5FM and each of their respective parents, affiliates, partners, subsidiaries and advertising and promotional agencies, the respective officers, directors, owners, partners employees, agents, representatives, and successors of FLOW 93.5FM, and assigns from any liability in connection with this Contest or the prize. By accepting or participating in a prize, winners consent to the use of their names, addresses, voices, statements relating to the Contest or FLOW 93.5FM and photographs or other likenesses, without further compensation, in any publicity carried out by the FLOW 93.5FM or any related entities in connection with this Contest.

ERRORS, ETC: FLOW 93.5FM reserve the right to, without prior notice and at any time, terminate this Contest, in whole or in part, or modify this Contest in any way, should any factor interfere with its proper conduct as contemplated by these Official Rules. FLOW 93.5FM are not responsible for lost, incomplete, illegible or garbled entries, mail or transmissions, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, computer virus, bugs, worms, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, failed computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human or electronic.

MISCELLANEOUS: Winner and guest (if applicable to prize) will be required to follow all directions and instructions of the Prize organizer or their participation, or continued participation, in the trip (if prize applicable) may be denied. All entries become the property of the FLOW 93.5FM and will not be returned. No correspondence will be entered into except with selected entrants/prize claimants. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial/state and local laws. Void where prohibited. All taxes including, without limitation, income and withholding taxes, postal fees and customs duties and other costs not specified in these Rules as included in a prize are the responsibility of the winner.
