James McMillan, a New York lawyer, is accusing Drake of stealing his $300,000 Rolex from Rafaello & Co. jewlery store. The watch went missing after McMillan dropped it off at Rafaello & Co. to get cleaned. When the lawyer returned to pick it up, it was gone. The cover of Drake's album "Take Care", is a photo of him wearing the watch. However, sources close to Drake claim that is was obtained directly from Rolex. Drake has been quoted saying "I never heard of this jeweler". The weird part is that a photo has popped up of him posing in front of the Rafaello & Co. logo with two guys from the shop.
