R.Kelly is in trouble with the IRS, he reportedly owes about $5 million dollars in taxes dating back to 2008. Kelly has not commented on the reports, but his rep spoke up saying, "R. Kelly is in the process of working everything out with the government and is confident that all his obligations will be satisfied". In other news, R.Kelly has recovered from his emergency throat surgery and his 11th studio album is expected out later this month.
