He appears to be losing control several times and has to be carried away by some men wearing heavy riot gear. Nicki Minaj, who is featured in the song, also shows up in the clip donning a doctor coat, but later ditches it to reveal her skimpy outfit underneath and gives B.o.B a lap dance. In other scenes, the Young Money femcee wears a straight jacket and raps to the camera.
