USHER is being stalked by a delusional woman who claims to be his WIFE.
He called the cops on her twice after she pounded on his front door demanding to be let in. The second time the cops came she claimed to be his wife and that she had misplaced her keys. They arrested her.
Now she's claiming Usher has been secretly funneling her cash since last year, promising to make living arrangements for her. She also says he promised to help with her music career.
