It all started on Friday with James and I at the CNE for the Keys n Krates and Classified concert. Keys n Krates did an amazing job starting the night off with some great mixes. Then it was time for the man of the evening, Classified. His performance was about an hour long and started out with some of his older tunes. He ended the night off with a bang with his hit “Oh Canada”. The crowd went wild!!!!

On Saturday it was an early morning for James and I again as we packed up the Flow Truck and went back to the CNE for the live broadcast. The EX opened at 10am but by 9:30am people were already filling the CNE and swarming to the Flow tent.

Kass P and Taboo were on hand for the fun filled day and definitely kept us grooving with those hits that move you! The day was a scorcher but luckily Team Flow was on hand to provide tons of great giveaways all a part of the Rogers 93 Days of Summer!! and you know we were showing off our brand new Sony Ericsson X10 Xperia Touch Screen Phones…you gotta check these bad boys out!

The Team was out in full force Sat as we headed over to the CNE and

Speaking of New Era, we stopped by The Canadian Bantam Championships
in Vaughan this passed Sunday, where we had the best of the best
Canadian baseball teams clash for a shot @ a gold metal. We had teams
from B.C., Nova Scotia, Ontario all taking part and swinging for the
fences. Of coarse New Era fitteds were all over the place and we
hooked everyone up with New Era cap-lights to go with them. For those
who don’t know, our New Era cap-lights are THE most exclusive give

We were on location opening day all day long broadcasting live from 10a-10p. The lovely Kass P, Jeni, Jus Red & J Wyze were keepin everyone hype throughout the day, of coarse with the help of Team FLOW and the Rogers 93 Days of Summer!

Sohrab and I hit up Honey Jam 2010 for their 15^th Anniversary at The Mod Club. For those of you who don’t know, Honey Jam is an all-female talent showcase and are responsible for helping to put out some of the hottest female artist in Toronto. From Nelly Furtado to Jully Black to Kim Davis, Melanie Fiona and for the up and coming Liya.

Honey Jam is an amazing event that really encourages female talent to come out and show what they’ve got. The Mod Club was packed and talent was all around, once the show got started the place was jamming!

Team Flow was on hand with tons of great giveaways courtesy of the Rogers 93 Days of Summer.

The team also ventured over to Mississauga where James and myself hung
out with everyone stopping in for the CACD health fair. Lots going
down @ the Health fair, lots of games, interaction & tons of give
aways from the Team. We were also showing off our brand new Sony
